Spaced out on SPACE ART

Here is a selection of the SPACE Art we uploaded to SeeSaw in Lockdown.

Lots of people accepted the rocket challenge by making a rocket using recycled things from home and their art materials.  They were all very cool, but special mention must go to LJ who made a cardboard rocket SO big that he could fit inside and Nathaniel who was looking through the space porthole!

There was also a 'Space Out with Space Art' challenge when people had to make a space picture using collage.  People stuck on ALL sorts of things on their space art: fabric, old wrappers and paper, card, buttons, cotton wool, glitter, sequins and tinfoil . . . the list goes on!  Here is a selection:

On one of our Google Meetings, we had a Listen and Draw challenge, when you have to listen to Mrs Bear and draw what she says (without being able to see anyone else's!). Afterwards, some people uploaded them to Seesaw - we are sharing a few here:

Finally, to finish our SPACE theme, some people accepted the optional 'Like a Rocket' challenge and took some astronaut selfies (we even had a canine astronaut and some astronaut sisters!). Here are a few:
