While the Elephants were making butter, the Bears were making cheese in the staffroom. First, they read the article Sally and the Cheese from School Journal October 2011. This article tells of a slow old cow who made creamy milk very suitable for cheese. It also included all the steps in cheese making. The Bears also read instructions in their cheese making kit, then they were ready to go!
