This is the last day of the Easter weekend so, in this blog, we will share all the things we have made or have been doing that are to do with Easter: whether it be Easter eggs, bunnies, ears, biscuits or other festive things.
First, Mrs Rabbit's video to show you how she makes Easter eggs:
Followed by all the different Easter rabbits people have seen over the weekend:
Eillie showed us her rabbit, Marshmallow, on our google hangout - could she be Easter Bunny?
Could this be Easter Bunny? No, it's just a garage door!
Wallace has the tiniest rabbit in his hand - could this to Easter Bunny?
Could this be Easter Bunny? No, it's just Mrs Bear's socks!
Could this be Easter Bunny? Getting warmer!
This little rabbit has been around for a long time - but, sadly he is not Easter Bunny.
So the search continues! Some people made cards featuring Easter Bunny instead:
This is the inside picture in Isabelle's Easter card
While other people made Easter Bunnies of their own:
Lucas filled a whole hoop with Easter rabbits and eggs.
Linsey's Easter bunny is good enough to eat!
She even made an Easter Bunny with fluffy rice fur!
Lucas and his sister shared their Easter origami on our google hangout.
Whether people actually saw Easter Bunny or not, did not stop them from searching for Easter eggs. On our Easter google hangouts, lots of people told us about their Easter egg hunts. Dimitri even found one in his garden while he was online!
Isabelle's family made clues and Isabelle had big Easter Bunny footprints to lead her to hidden eggs. One was by her dog's bowl and Minnie ate it, wrapper and all! Oops!
Kadin made a plan for people to follow to find eggs in his house.
Other people concentrated on colouring Easter eggs, some using the digital tools on SeeSaw and some using their own coloured pencils, paints and felt pens. All the Easter egg pictures (from Wednesday, Friday and today) will be sent to the Prime Minister, with a covering letter from Room 18.
Emma decorated these Easter egg biscuits - we won't send these ones to Wellington! (They are probably in someone's tummy by now!)
Otis shared his coloured Easter egg on google hangout.
